Parallels 10 - Scrolling in Safari for Windows BROKEN

I go into windows & tried to browse the net only to find I couldn't scroll using two fingers on my trackpad.

I've tried other browsers and scrolling works fine.

THIS PROBLEM DID NOT EXIST IN PARALLELS 9!!!

It's so frustrating to pay for a pice of software you regret installing...
 
I did some testing & narrowed it down to a problem with Smooth Scrolling. Disabling that feature allows (admittedly uglier) scrolling in Safari for Windows...

One can scroll in Safari with smooth scrolling enabled, but only if you drag your fingers across the trackpad VERY quickly (leaving precision scrolling impossible)...

I will have to get by without smooth scrolling enabled...
