Parallels 10 - Shared Folders between Mac OS and Windows 7 doesn't work

Hello,
after i had installed windows 7 as a virtual machine, i am not able to have access from the virtual machine to the Mac folders. Also the copy and paste function between Mac OS and the virtual machine doesn't work. Please find attached screenshots from the settings of my virtual machine. I already restarted the virtual machine a few times with no effect. I hope you can help me.

Hi, please try to reinstall Parallels Tools and check how it goes.
