Parallels 10 to 11 Free Upgrade

Hi,

I purchased Parallels 10 from Newegg on 1019/15 with a free upgrade to Parallels 11.
I installed Parallels 10 on 10/21/15. I received an email for registration of Parallels Access on 10/21/15.

I haven't received the Parallels 11 upgrade key via email.

Hi. I have exactly the same problem. I bought Parallels 10 from Newegg and still have the receipt and serial, however I cant find serial for Parallels 11.
 
I bought Parallels 11 from Amazon on Jul 23 and now Parallels 12 is out but you only upgrade if purchased after August 1st? I haven't even had the program for 30 days and it now outdated and it was cheaper to purchase on amazon than thru your own site. Sad.....
