Parallels 11.2 Will Not Register -"Check Internet Connection"

Current Status:
1. No Proxies Set
2. Local Hosts - No reference to parallels this is clean
3. Ran Fix Hosts for PDFM - followed instructions from Article 113744 - There was no indication that it ran or completed
4. Tried to open Parallels with Firewall (AV) turned off - same results
5. Tried uninstalling and re-installing numerous restarts etc no luck
6. On line account shows 11.2 is registered
7. Cannot open Parallels - No access to VM

Any additional suggestions? - I could use some help with this issue. Thanks!
 
Hello HowardB, this error occurred because you may have a faulty registration domain listed in your local hosts file which prevents Parallels Desktop to register. Please check out this article to know how to fix this issue.
