Parallels 11, 'Activation limit exceeded'

Hi,
I just reset my Mac. And I tried to activate my Parallels, but I saw the message 'Activation limit exceeded'. I hope you solve this problem. Parallels 11 pro version is a permanent serial. The last serial number is 'xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-H705FG'.

Please comment if you need more information.

We do not see any Parallels Desktop 11 key in your account but Parallels Desktop 12 and 13 keys. If you have a different Parallels account, reply to this post from that account.
