Parallels 11 and 12 - issue with Windows 10 Anniversary update

trying update to the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition in parallels 11. but i have a problem - when win need to reboot several times, it can't.
i buy parallels 12 - the same situation.
I have tried to update to the Anniversary Edition many times and they have all failed.
and I manually installed Parallel Tools - the same situation.
once i send report - my report code number 129221644.
and i make a record of desktop - you can look it on
SOS - I need help!

Hi OleksandrS , please download the Windows 10 iso by using the link and start the installation process and let us know if that makes any changes.
