Parallels 11 and Windows 8.1

Is it even possible to install Windows 8.1 using PD11? I had an ISO for the 8.1 version I have paid for but it did not work and so I ended up just using Windows 11 and was going to downgrade to 8.1 once I had created the virtual machine. But downgraded proved to be a HUGE headache.. Is there no way to create an 8.1 virtual machine right from the get go?

Hey, do you have any error message during the Windows 8.1 clean installation?

No I do not, simply tells me that it could not detect a valid image file to install it from. I have tried it on the 32 bit and the 64 bit.
