Parallels 11 autoarranging windows XP shortcuts in virtual machine

Bit poster
I installed Parallels 11 - parallels promises the soft to run under El Capitan.
I upgraded to El Capitan but on this OS as well as under Yosemite (my wife's) it is not possible to arrange the sortcuts manually
on the desktop. After restarting the virtual machine - oicons are bravly aligned to the right - which I do not want.

Response fon support :
"We have fixed that issue in the latest build of Parallels Desktop 11. Please go ahead and update your Parallels Desktop 11 to the latest build."
I could not yet verify if it has been fixed.

Let's hope and see.
