Parallels 11 Bus to 12 Upgraded and VMs boot too black SOLVED

It works here with Parallels Hypervisor for 64 Bit Windows 10 and Windows 2008R2 correctly, but I need to change to Apple Hypervisor to get my 32 Bit OS such as Windows XP or Windows Vista which was updated to Windows 10 booting correctly. 32 Bit OS seems to generate the black screen instead of boot or don't resume correctly after update to Parallels Desktop 12.
 
You may well be right there. I forgot that, for historic reasons in the upgrade path for my Windows in Parallels, I have been stuck in the 32 bit version of the OS. The version of Windows that worked with Parallels 12 was one that I have from the beta testing period and so is 64 bit. So, the bug may just be for 32 bit Windows. In any case, a bug it is, and I hope it gets fixed.
I have one more machine which I have not yet upgraded to Parallels 12 and I will wait for a fix before doing so.

In the window to the right of CPU & Memory you will see the following: first Processors, below Memory, below that a line chart of the Memory, and below that an arrow with Advanced Settings. Click on the arrow and you will get the option, Hypervisor. Click on the window to the right and change it from Parallels to Apple.
