Hello, I recently bought the Parallels 11 update, previously running Parallels 10 with Windows 8 installation. I followed Windows 10 Upgrade instructions from KB and everything was going well until my entire computer froze and crashed, as far as I can tell when the virtual machine was trying to reboot. After restart, the VM went back to Windows 8, saying installation failed. I retried a couple more times, each time laptop was crashing, until the last time. Now, and I'm not sure whether Windows successfully updated or not, when I try to turn on the VM, entire laptop freezes and crashes, so I can't boot into Windows at all.
Please help since now after paying for an update I don't have any functional Windows VMs at all. Thank you!
