Parallels 11 key no longer working

Hey all, my hard drive died in one of my macs and I had to install a new one. I restored a time machine back-up, but parallels is asking for a key. I entered a key, but it states unable to confirm license. I've always used it on this computer. Screenshot attached. What do I do? I've tried to submit a ticket to Parallels support, but there seems not to be a way to do so anymore.

Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, we've reset your key, please check the activation issue and let us know how does it work.
 
I am experiencing the same problem.
After having been forced to upgrade to Parallels 16, I am entering my licence key and a green arrow shows up on the right side next to it, however then the error message shows up "this key can't be used to activate Parallels.."

You cannot use Parallels Desktop 11 key to activate Parallels Desktop 16. Purchase an upgrade key to Parallels Desktop 16 and activate.
