Parallels 11 migration issue

Hi,
I tried to activate parallels in my new macbook but it kept failing with message
"You have reached the maximum number of activations"
(I did logout parallels in previous mac)

I also tried command 'prlsrvctl activate-license-online'
but it prompted 'Unable to confirm the product license. Your product activation key was blacklisted.'

How can I activate the parallels in the new mac?
should I buy a new license???

Hello YooC, We had made the necessary changes, kindly quit Parallels Desktop and restart the Mac then try activating it.

Having the same issue with my Parallels 11 license,
"You have reached the maximum number of activations"

if someone could help me reset the license, I used it on an old computer that I no longer own and wiped before I sold it.

We have reset the license. You can activate using it again.
 
Hi, I have exactly the same issue failing to migrate to new machine with Parallels 11.
Getthing "You have reached the maximum number of activations" even after signing out on old machine.
Can you help me to reset my Parallels 11 license as well?

Hi HiroN1. We have reset the Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac license key. Please try to activate now and it should work.
