Parallels 11 on Mac OS 10.11.4 running Debian Linux. How 2 ssh from remote PC

I've tried Bridged Network, Default Adapter, but not getting connected from my host Mac now. Went back to shared & the Mac host can ssh from Terminal session to the Debian Linux running under Parallels. What I'm trying to do is get access via ssh from an external PC (Windows 10 using putty). Not finding any instructions for these versions...
