Parallels 11 on Mac (Windows 10) stuck on automatic repair mode - no way out

hi Guys,

I used Parallels and VM with Windows 10 on my Mac for a few years now. All of a sudden the VM froze and tried to restart - since then it is stuck in Automatic repair mode loop and i cannot get out of there.

I have tried all steps mentioned on the forums where user reported similar problems but i am still stuck on automatic repair mode

Any ideas?

I tried changing boot order, reset the system, rebooted, tried to boot into safemode (no chance), etc.....

(I didnt do any update nor installed any additional new software or hardware before the system broke down)
Can someone help me please?

Hi AumairE. Please provide the macOS version on which you are using Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
 
I'm following this as well. Using Parallels 14 on MacOS Catalina. My Windows 10 VM decided to stop working this morning. I cannot boot into safe mode, cannot reset the Windows installation, cannot uninstall recent updates, and cannot get out of the dreaded Automatic Repair loop. I'll keep my eye on this to see if there ends up being a resolution.
