I upgraded to Parallels 11.1 last Friday and now my Outlook 2010 doesn't work anymore. I am running Windows 7 on my VM and I need urgent access to my archived mails for work. Submitted a support request ticket but it hasn't even been read yet. So I would like to downgrade to the previous Parallels version to be able to work again. Can anybody send me some instructions to do this? Much appreciated!
