Parallels 11 slow to load, I am not loading any VM image on boot.

I installed Parallels 11 and have both win 7 and 11 installed. The windows itself run pretty good. My problem is on boot. The initial start into just Parallels 11 without loading any VM. it can tale 5-10 minutes at startup for Parallels to load (this is on fresh boot or restart of the IMac. This is with "El Capitan". My MBP with El Capitan and Parallels 10 windows 7 runs like a dream. Any one else have a real slow Parallels 11 boot? Any suggestions. Thank You!
 
THAT SHOULD READ 7 AND 10, This is a IMac 8gb 1tb HD, several external hdd but the Paralles and windows is all on the iMac drive.
