Parallels 12 and Windows 10 Activation

Hi

I need to reinstall my Parallels and logically my windows 10.
I installed all but I can not activate my windows.
Even though I put my windows key at the beginning of the installation, the system installs with the generic key with 3V66T end.
I tried to change the serial to my serial but windows does not accept. It is as if the computer has been locked. I tried the procedure of article ID: 123770. But it did not work.
I tried through microsoft support but even with all their procedure they can not change the key (serial) to what I bought.
So I can only think that the problem is in parallels 12.
Can somebody help me?

Hi @AlexandreL4, are you still experiencing the same issue? If so, please try this article to activate Windows 10 license and keep us posted the results.
