Parallels 12 Mac pro subscription on ebay?

Hi, my question is whether or not if i buy Parallels 12 Mac pro addition on ebay will i still have to pay the subscription fee to parallels?
also, if could i be able to download windows on the parallels 12 from a disc or flashdrive ? ( i do have it save in both)

Hello @ilmedconstructionD , Yes, Parallels Desktop Pro edition is only available as a subscription-based license which has to be renewed every year.
Please use the link https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download to download Windows ISO and refer kb.parallels.com/4729 to install Windows virtual machine.
