Parallels 12 Serial Key

Hi,
I purchased 3 licence keys for a parallels upgrade to version 11 on the 11th of Aug. The terms for version 12 says that i'm eligible for a free upgrade using my existing serials but it's not working?!

There's no contact details for Parallels support - does anyone else have the same issue?

Hey, do you have any error message during the Parallels Desktop 12 activation?

Yes it comes up that the serial isnt valid? Tried all three but no luck. Ended up just clicking on the trial so we're able to work this morning.

Also please provide us with the screenshot of the error message which you get during the registration.
