Parallels 12 upgrade license key

Purchased Parallels 11 about a month ago, and subsequently registered its license key. I have yet to receive the license key for Parallels 12. I've followed the upgrade information below:

Hi CesarioV, you should receive your upgrade key within 7 days after the new version of Parallels Desktop for Mac becomes available. The upgrade key will be sent to the email that was used during the registration and creation of your Parallels MyAccount when you installed Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
