Parallels 12 Windows10 + Sierra 10.12 gesture issue

Hi there,
This question has been bothered me for awhile,
three-fingers look up gesture not working in windows(it supposed to shows the dictionary when tapping on a vocabulary in windows). Does anyone has the same problem?
I have tried several combinations as following,
(1) El Capitan with pd12.2.0, it worked.
(2) Sierra 10.12.4 with pd12.2, didn't work.
(3) Sierra 10.12.4 with pd12.1.1, didn't work.
The way I tried was reinstall windows 10 and parallels tools.

Can anyone teach me how to fix this problem?
