Parallels 12 with Win 7 Ultimate wont let me install Quickbooks 2017

I've being trying to install my new version of Quickbooks 2017 on Win 7 64 Ultimate running on Parallels 12.
I have a late 2016 Macbook Pro with plenty power.

See attachment for the error message that I get.


Any advice will be appreciated.

Never Mind, Got the issue resolved. Update Windows to Service Pack 1, Install .Net Framework 4.6.1 and it works.
