Parallels 13 can't run the .bat

Hello Kelvink1, You installed Parallels Desktop in Mac, may i know the host Mac OS X version and the guest Windows operating system you installed inside Parallels Desktop?Hi, i'm new parallels user.
My company internal system is a .bat which runs on windows only.
I've tried to use the parallels desktop 13.3.1 (43365)
But it doesn't have any response after run the .bat
is there's any setting needed?
