In 2013, I registered a Parallels 13 license and it was installed (until last week) on an iMac 27" (2009). Now, my iMac (2009) died but the information can be accessed. I also have an iMac 27" (2013) and I migrated all the information from "iMac, 2009" to "iMac, 2013", with success. Everything is working, except Parallels 13, that can't be activated, appears the message: "Unable to perform the operation - The license server rejects it." The Virtual Machine is a Windows 7, and cannot be upgraded because I use an older AutoCAD version. So I'd like to know if it is possible to reset the product license so I can activate it on the "new" iMac? Hope to hear from you ASAP.
