I have just purchased the latest upgrade of Parallels Desktop for Mac. I have downloaded the installation file and when I run it I am asked to open the existing parallels desktop and shut down any virtual machines running in the background and then quit parallels desktop. I quite Windows 10 and then close Parallels. It does not continue with the installation, it just asks me to perform the same thing again. Advice?
