I did the clean up with parallels tool box today, as a prompt came up saying it could free up disk space. I went ahead with it. After the clean up, when I go to Safari, all text shows up as question mark boxes. I checked my font book in utilities and all fonts are gone. I tried restoring fonts and nothing changed. I contacted parallels support, and they said they cannot fix the problem. I'm very disappointed! Will not be getting another Mac because I don't want to deal with Parallels. Too much of a pain, when I'm not very technical. My work program requires windows, so that's why I was forced to have Parallels. I love the Mac other than having Parallels.
