The attached diagram shows that paralells has not requested access to the screen share. Apparently this is required. MacOS Catalina - Paralells 15.

Did you test it with 15 version?
If you unlock this window, are you able to add Parallels Desktop by clicking + ?

I am using V15.
I did unlock the settings page.
I did not see the + as a button to push.
I will check again and confirm here.

I can verify there is no + to add paralells. As the image showed the screen sharing setting is blank.
