Parallels 15 for Home and Mac OS Guest (Mojave)

I'm trying to see when I can upgrade to Mac OS Catalina. If I upgrade to Mac OS Catalina, I will no longer be able to run 32-bit apps. After upgrading to Parallels 15 for Home and creating a Mojave Guest VM, will I be able to run 32-bit apps in the Mojave guest?
 
Hi,macOS Catalina does indeed drop support for macOS 32-bit applications. At the same time, Parallels Desktop is a 64-bit application so it is absolutely compatible to work under macOS Catalina.

What I am trying to find out is with 15 for Home running on Catalina, can a Mojave guest vm still run 32-bit apps?
 
Is there a fix for the screen resolution problem on Mojave VM running under Catalina? It's only ever 1024x768.

Read through the forum, searching on '1024', am I seeing this right, this issue has lingered for a couple of years?
