[Parallels 15 ] To complete the setup ... restart your Mac

Hello forum users, after installing upgrade to Catalina, Parallels 14 stopped working, it didn't star.,
I bought upgrade to 15 - unfortunately it didn't help, same message.
Today I uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels and now I have another message "To complete the configuration of the Parallels Desktop software, restart the Mac" and I can click endlessly, restart and restart and again the same message.
I don't know what to do anymore.
 
I also bought CleanMyMac X, uninstalled Parallels with this program and all mac junk and reinstalled and nothing helped.

Your suggestion helped, it worked, thank you.
execute the following command in Terminal
sudo kextcache --clear-staging enter
type your password enter
restart Mac
start Parallers finish :)
 
I am very happy that I could point you in the right direction, and that the issue is now fixed. :)
