parallels 16 Licence

Hi ,
I bought Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard Edition 16 version via apple App Store and they sent box with a key via post
Is it can be that parallels change my one time licence to subscription licence or why I'm on subscription ?
No when Im looking on my account it is stating that I'm subscription licence ? and expiring etc...
Do not understand licence management as I bought via apple one time licence ?

Hello kes1, cannot change form 1 time to subscription and for app store edition you need to contact apple support. Thanks, Parallels Team
