Hi,
Fresh install macbook pro14 m1, win11 pro. Parallels 17 and windows up to date. I did get one 32bit 3rd party program to install but when I try to install others it crashes during the install. Windows event viewer only reflects the unexpected shutdown and not what caused it.
I've checked the windows install with chkdsk, sfc and dism. I was able to install Chrome without issue. What could be causing this issue?

Hello Terry,
Thank you for your feedback.
To let us better understand the situation, please perform the following steps:
1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Collect a technical report (click Parallels icon on top of the mac menu bar > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this message.
3. Provide us with the name of the 3rd party program or its official website so that we can test it on our side.

Thanks!

Hi,
This issue only occurs when I attempt to install a program that has been downloaded in osx and is shared with windows. If the program is actually within the win11 virtual machine, no problem. I have now limited sharing between osx and win to one folder and am happy. (resolved)
