Parallels 19 randomly crashes on MacBook Air M3

Parallels 19 randomly crashes on MacBook Air M3 when I work in Windows 11, may crash every 15 minutes. What is the reason and how to fix it?

To let us better understand the situation, please perform the following steps:
1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Collect a technical report (click Parallels icon on top of the Mac menu bar > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this message.
3. Please let us know the actions that you were doing when the crash happened (e.g using a specific application)

I click send technical data, a window pops up, something is loaded and nothing happens, there is no 9-digit ID and there is no option to "attach a screenshot".
