Parallels 4 App wont start after Hard Drive Upgrade

I upgraded my MBP Hard drive and restored using time machine. Parallels 4 wont app will not start. I cant seem to locate the file to download and install anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Is there a link where I can re-download parallels 4?
