Parallels 5 and Lion

I just upgraded to OS 10.7.3 on my iMac. Previously (Snow Leopard) I was using Parallels V5.0.9376 and Win XP with no problems. Now when I start up P5 I get this message:

"Unable to load Parallels Driver.
Restart your Mac and try again."

Thoughts? Thanks.

Parallels Desktop 5 for Mac is not compatible with Mac OS X Lion. You can upgrade to the latest version of Parallels Desktop for Mac, which is version 7 by purchasing it on our website: http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/
