Parallels 6 on Snow Leopard to Parallels 7 on Mountain Lion

I have Parallels Desktop 6 on a Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard running. I just ordered a new iMac with Mac OS X Mountain Lion which comes with Parallels 7.

What would be the best way to move that Windows system from the old machine (Parallesl 6) to the new one with Parallels 7?
