parallels 7 after El Capitan Upgrade

Hi.
During a Technical Visit At the Appstore, the app technician as upgraded my Macbook to El Capitan.
From this, my Parallels Desktop 7.0.15107.796624 doesn't work.
Please what to do to found again my windows and my files on My Mac?

Hi Jerome1,
Unfortunately Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac is not supported by Parallels anymore & the application is not compatible with Mac OS El Capitan.
Kindly purchase a full version of Parallels Desktop 12 & install it to run your virtual machine again.
