Parallels 7 tweaked my Windows 7 Boot camp installation

I have a 2011 Mac Mini set up with Lion on one partition and Windows 7 on another. I installed Windows according the Apple's instruction. When I first set up windows, I did the Windows Experience Index test, which gave me:
CPU 6.9
Mem 7.4
Desktop Graphics 6.4
Game 6.4
HD 7.1

I installed Parallels 7 to run the VM off the boot camp partition. The scores under Parallels are:
CPU 6.9
Mem 7.6
Desktop Graphics 5.7
Game 5 (not surprising)
HD 7.4 probably due to AHCI enabled?

But when I go back to windows (i.e. boot up windows natively), the new scores are now
CPU 6.9
Mem 7.4
Desktop Graphics 5.9 <-----?!?!?
Game 6.3
HD 6.9 <-----?!?!

Thinking that there might be some Parallels tools remnants left over, I also uninstalled them via the control panel, but the scores did not change. Further, Autodesk Inventor seems to run a bit slower than before, and according to their hardware diagnostics, my graphics seem to be running in a reduced mode. Rolling back and reinstalling the graphics drivers did not seem to help either.

Anybody know what is going on here?
