Parallels 7 Won't Start all of sudden

Hi,

I am loosing hope tech support will ever respond so maybe somebody will come up with suggestions I haven't tried yet.

It won't start. The process shows as running but nothing opens no matter what. I've done permissions repair, service deamon manual start, complete reinstall using latest build from website. No change... I get no errors. Interestingly, some Win7 VM apps can still be launched (IE, Notepad..).

I'll take any ideas at this point, thanks!

VM: Win 7 Pro SP1 64bit (2/4GB RAM)
 
I don't know why, maybe as a delayed reaction to all the things I've done but it's decided to start working all of sudden.
