I've tried dragging and dropping files directly to the Win95 Desktop. Also tried pasting them. Neither option works -- perhaps because Parallels Tools are unsupported for Win95? (The option to install them doesn't appear in the Virtual Machine drop-down menu .)
In Configuration/Options/Sharing, in the Share Mac section, I set "Share Folders" to "All disks" and added the OSX Desktop to the list of Custom Folders with Read/Write permissions. I also have enabled "SmartMount: Map Mac volumes to Windows". But no Mac volumes appear on the Windows side in My Computer. Only the C: drive and the A: floppy.
