Parallels 8 and blue screens?

On the last version of Parallels 8 a new windows xp home install kept looping in an activation loop.
After the update to the latest build this morning every time I try to install XP home it ends in blue screens of death at every startup. How can I solve this?

As I don't have the time to wait for parallels not to answer anyway I reverted to p7. Not the parallels tools also install. Which is nice. Parallels 8 is by no means ready for anything yet. And widows 8 feels like windows in 1995, Don't have a clue what it might be good for with all usables hidden from view.
