    Parallels 8 - Coherence is broken !!!
unable to prevent the minimize to dock - and prevent the apple minimize animations

    Hello all,

up to parallels 7 i had my windows running in coherence, was fabulous :
i had it set up this way :
    - the windows taskbar on the left.
    - My MS Windows were minimised to the taskbar, not to the dock.
    - Coherence was fast since there was no sluggish mac animations of minimised MS windows going to the dock.
    - the dock was only showing the parallels icon, no MS VM clutter in the dock, only mac apps

Now with Parallels 8 with Mountain Lion, it's a royal fucking mess !!!
    - Parallels always minimize the MS VM windows to the dock
    - The dock is full of MS VM icons, making the dock cluttered and the icons very small
    - Parallels default to the mac animations

The whole coherence mode works like SHIT !!!

Unless they manage to either :
    - put a setting with a checkbox in the configuration of the VM
    - or some flags in the config.pvs file,
to save coherence mode, over wise coherence speed and productivity is lost.

Downgrading to Parallels 7 with Mountain Lion is not an option,
since PD7 coherence is even more bugged. Making it impossible to use.

I have been a registered user of Parallels since version 4.
But this time they fucked up pretty bad.
I'm force to use my Win7 in a window mode and it's such a fruration.
I checked all the forums and kb and posts.
Not even the crystal mode trick does it.

Simply PD8 coherence is broken, it's a piece of shit unless they fix it.
But no one from PD8 support is listening to the users.
It sounds like the only option left will be to switch to VMWARE.
I'll give them until the next update to be downloaded before i'll switch.
