Parallels 8 + Snow Leopard Server 10.6.3 on Mac 10.8.3 Platform - Final Cut Express 4

Hello, I've been searching here, and other places, whether Final Cut Express 4 can be installed as an application under Parallels 8/Snow Leopard Server using my platform Mac 10.8.3 and intel i5? When trying to install Final Cut Express, the application installer is grey-out.

Any insights and/or solutions?
