I did the same thing. I purchased an upgrade license, hoping to upgrade from Parallels 8 to Parallels 11, but it wouldn't take the Parallels 8 key for upgrade. What can I do?

Same here, I bought an upgrade license to version 11 and then I realized that I have installed version 7, which is not eligible for the upgrade. In my opinion this restriction should be clearly mentioned in the upgrade offer....
Anyway, what can I do to get a full license without loosing the money for the upgrade license?
