Same here, I bought an upgrade license to version 11 and then I realized that I have installed version 7, which is not eligible for the upgrade. In my opinion this restriction should be clearly mentioned in the upgrade offer.... Anyway, what can I do to get a full license without loosing the money for the upgrade license? Kind regards Urs
