Parallels 8 Update 8.0.18615 Crashing Under Mavericks - Can't Update

Parallels is advising me to update every time I launch.
When I click Install Update, Parallels crashes and the update fails.
Installing apps from "anywhere" is enabled.
No idea what to do.
 
Download the installer for the most recent version of PDM8 (links in my signature if you have trouble finding it) and install it over your current install to correct any problems, but before I advise you to fix the disk permissions using the Disk Utility.
 
Yep - That did it. I tried the same a week ago but it failed then. Perhaps this was a new build? Anyway - thanks a lot for your help!
