Parallels 9 for Mac no more works after windows 7 reinstall

Hello all,
I have been using Parallels 9 since Christmas 2013 on a Macmini with OsX 10.6.8. It was working slowly but OK before I update both Parallels 9 (now
9.0.24251) and authentic windows seven.
Now :
* the files from the Mac are not seen from windows
* Microsoft office does not launch from the finder
* the HDD windows is 32 Go large
* the local net including a NAS is not seen (but the HD from the freebox is seen)
* No audio output is detected.
What are your advices ? should I proceed to a complete reinstall of Parallels 9 ? How to remove all the files ? Will I loose the windows7 license ?

Thanks for your answer. Everything works (slowly) but fine now.
The single boring point is that the hard disk properties seen from windows tells 16 Go and seen from the finder on Mac 32 Go.
I am afraid that the old windows system has not been removed properly.
Do you think that it can be a source of slowing down (The RAM is 4 Go)?
