Parallels 9 multiple display in Win 7 either gone or can't extend desktop

Until now two different VM's running PD 9 worked fine in coherence in Mavericks. Suddenly, one sees only one of 4 monitors at 1090, and the other sees 4 monitors but with no resolution option, and 3 monitors cannot be switched from disconnect to extend desktop. All show a Generic Non-PnP Monitor.

I have deleted and reinstalled Parallels Tools. No help.

Need help please.

Ram, thank you for your response. However, when I tried each of the suggestions in that knowledgebase article, it did not solve the problem.

An important point is that neither virtual machine now shows more than one display in control panel. There is no other display listed to extend the desktop to. There are a total of 4. It seems that, somehow, Parallels is not showing the availability of the other displays to windows. Until yesterday, there was no problem either virtual machine being able to see and use all four monitors in coherence.

Also, on identical Dell U2311H monitors, one virtual machine defaults to a 1521 x 1002 resolution; and the other defaults to a 1920 x 1002.
