Parallels 9 - Observing numerous memory errors on application launch in Win7 and Win8

Recently upgraded from Parallels 8 to 9. Since the upgrade I have been observing numerous Win7 and Win8 application launch issues, specifically with memory errors. Indicating there is issue utilizing a specific memory address. Prior to upgrading the environment ran with no issues. Configuration settings did not change during upgrade all looks good. Are others reporting the same issue? I've not found any clues in the knowledge base to follow (yet). Appreciate any guidance.

Update: Parallels released and update which after applying, fixed the hard memory address errors. However in the virtual instances of Win7 or Win8, applications sometimes won't start, or require two or three attempts to get them to run. Parallels has always been solid for me in the past, but this release seems to have serious issues.
