Parallels 9 PCIe card on thunderbolt port

Hi all,
I'm using Parallels 9 and have installed Win7 on my mac mini (using Apple's thunderbolt monitor).
I use this virtual machine for programming in Visual Studio, and all works just fine.

I also have a UAD2 audio DSP PCIe card (inside a Sonnet box) connected to thunderbolt port.
The problem is that I can't install UAD2 drivers, because windows does not find the card.
Obviously, Parallel Tools does not pass this info to windows...
Although, other USB devices that also need drivers, are working OK (connected on thunderbolt USB port).

Any help?

The above setup is working fine when I use boot camp windows installation.

I know this post is a few months old, but I am also trying to do a similar thing. USB devices I connect bring up the option to choose Mac or guest OS to connect to. However, Thunderbolt devices do not. I've got a PCIe card plugged into a PCIe to Thunderbolt card (from ThunderTek) that I would like to connect to my Parallels 10 Windows 8.1 guest OS. Giving the guest OS direct access to thunderbolt devices would be very helpful, otherwise I still need to maintain a boot camp partition.

I also use Visual Studio 2013, and the confusion it causes people to see me running it beside pages is comical.
