Parallels Access behind a proxy

Is there a way to input proxy settings into Parallels Access? If not, where can I raise a support ticket for IT/Dev to include in future releases?

Come on, this support document is 2 years old. I cancelled my subscription meanwhile and use alternatives. I don't believe that your developers need so much time to implement a proxy usage. I don't think it is on the roadmap anymore. It is lost business because this solution could be used by company members to use their IPad to make their work easier. Really sad about.

Hi Yu-ChiangC. Currently it is not possible to establish connection if proxy server is used for Internet access on any side (mobile device or remote computer). Parallels Access Development team is aware about this and working on this matter.
